The Leung Lab has been a home to undergraduate students, Masters students, PhD students, and Post docs. The team assembled to create ADPriboDB is equally diverse.
ADPriboDB was initiated by a PhD graduate from the Leung Lab, Dr. Christina Vivelo. She collaborated with three undergraduate students to curate the comprehensive library of entries: Charul Agarwal, an undergraduate at the India Institute of Technology in Delhi, India; Hui Yi Tee, an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University and briefly with Jerome Yu, an undergraduate at Fudan University. Ricky Wat, a former graduate student at Johns Hopkins, is the computer programming face of the team and created the website for ADPriboDB 1.0 and 2.0.
Contributing to the latest update, ADPriboDB 2.0 is currently led byVinay Ayyappan, an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Biomedical Engineering, class of 2020. His team includesCalvin Barber, an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Biophysics and Economics, class of 2021; Kathryn Gauch, an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Molecular and Cellular biology, class of 2019; Pat Visanpattanasin, an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Biology, class of 2019; Garth Cook, an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Biology, class of 2019; and Christos Sazeides, a Research Specialist at University of Pennsylvania and Hopkins graduate (M.Sc.
